well, without being in war you can still attack the other guilds/alliance but its not an official war if both parties dont sign in my optinion. I cant call a 1 player guild who attacks an alliance of 10 guilds with 100 members each a war

you can if the one player guild has magic admin powers like i do

Admin->give peasents->attack->rinse and repeat

If we compare irak to our game it was a big player farming a small player, not really a war

It might also be cool to name a WAR, have stats for the WAR; casualties, takeovers, looted etc. And a ranking for the largest WARs.

but naming a WAR might be hard, both parties have to agree on the name. Could also call it <guild 1> vs <guild 2>

Im gonna skip the alliance war/nap for now, but the guild war/nap system can be tested soon. I might add the alliance war/nap system later once I figured out the best database structure.
