I think you must have ING mail with replays-system if you know what i mean.So if somebody replays to you,you don't get a new mail,you get a replay(just like on a forum).Its very important in these kind of games where you need lot of communication ,because it can be quite annoying when you need to answer back to someone and you cant find his mail because you have 500 mails from the one or two persons.

he probably means that you have one subject with multiple posts in it.
that is more structured and it is easier to find and manage your conversations

could also just delete the old messages and use the last one. Or add an archive for important messages. Not sure whats best, what do you guys think?

that is what i was meaning.
You can deleat but its MUCH MUCH more easy this way.And if you look in many games you have secure messages so when you forward it cant be abused.For instance if i forwarded this to someone (mr. X)

Some more sugestions about mails

I dont get any alert in the game that i have a new mail.

Need an Outbox or sent mail,you can name it how ever you like.

the outbox should be cleaned else the database gets to large, so if its not cleaned by the user I will automatic remove them after a certain time (2-3weeks?)
